TheWorld Champion of Public Speaking is a title that I am proud to hold. The trophies, titles and accolades will mean nothing if you're not at peace within. Here are my top 5 ways to live like a champion. #5 Keep Good Company Have you ever heard of the phrase, "you are the company you keep?" We become like the people we spend the most time with. I've surrounded myself with supportive, successful, spiritual people. My family and friends are goal setters and go getters. Are you pecking with pigeons or evolving with eagles? #4 Enhance the 4 E's The four E's are: environment, education, experience, exposure. What is your living environment like currently? Are you in a safe and clean environment? Is it peaceful? Have you finished any new books lately? Have you finished that diploma or degree? Have you traveled outside of your city, state or country? Have you been exposed to new cultures, languages and customs? Enhancing the four E's will open your mind and broaden your horizons. As a champion you must be able to connect with people from all walks of life. Get out of your comfort zone and push yourself beyond your limits. #3 See the Finish Line

Whenever you have a dream or set a goal, you should always begin with the end in mind. What are the necessary steps you must take in order to reach your goal and achieve your dreams? Seeing the finish line helps you map out the process and serves as a guide to keep you on track. #2 Enjoy the Process The rapper Common said, "You would have got it if you never would have stressed it." When we let a desire consume our thoughts and lead to anxiety, we interrupt the natural flow of the Universe. As much as we want to think we are in control of things, the truth is... we are not. When things don't go as planned, keep calm. In every lesson there is a blessing. Every mistake, detour, heartbreak, bankruptcy, and let down is just a learning experience.
